Work you’ll do. 

The creative team is responsible for designing and developing visual materials such as illustrations, photography, typography, space, layouts, and colour schemes. As a Senior Associate , you will: 

 

Your Prime Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in developing visuals such as icons, infographics, illustrations, presentation slides, and simple video elements. 
  • Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver appropriate design solutions. 
  • Work within existing brand guidelines while bringing fresh and innovative ideas to client-facing deliverables. 
  • Support the maintenance of creative assets including template libraries, project files, and visual style guides. 
  • Adapt visual assets for multi-platform delivery including presentations, e-learning tools, internal campaigns, and basic UI/UX mock-ups for learning microsites. 
  • Maintain organized file structures, version control, and documentation of design assets. 
  • Work closely with the Advisory Creative team to ensure alignment on brand, visual direction, and quality standards.  
  • Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for creative problem-solving. 
  • Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices. 
  • Contribute to internal design quality reviews and actively participate in feedback sessions. 
  • Engage in learning opportunities to strengthen your skills and contribute more effectively to the team. 
  • Work with your designated line manager or coach to advance career development goals. 

 

Skills Required: 

Must Have: 

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s / PGDM in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related discipline. 
  • 0 to 3 years of professional work experience. 
  • Proficiency in at least one visual design tool (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite like Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, or, CorelDRAW, etc.). 
  • Familiarity with design fundamentals (layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy). 
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multi-task. 

 

Good to Have: 

  • Understanding of HTML/CSS for web design/graphics and page layout. 
  • Exposure to tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or motion graphics software. 
  • Interest in learning tools like Articulate Storyline, Vyond, or Adobe Captivate.
