Work you’ll do. 

As an Senior Associate, you will: 

 

  • Support content development by collaborating with senior team members to organize source materials, meeting notes, and feedback. 
  • Apply templates and guidelines to format learning materials such as trainer guides, e-learning storyboards, ILTs, and job aids. 
  • Use authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Enable Now, WalkMe) under guidance to develop learning modules. 
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain version control, ensure consistency, and align with client branding standards. 
  • Coordinate with visual design teams to align content with engaging visuals and standard templates. 
  • Roll out learning effectiveness surveys and analyze data to support continuous improvement. 
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to internal initiatives such as template development and best practices documentation. 
  • Build your skills in instructional design, change management, and digital learning tools through on-the-job learning and formal development opportunities. 

 

Skills Required: 

 

Must Have: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Science. 
  • 0 to 3 years of professional work experience, preferably in learning & development or content development. 
  • Excellent communication and written language skills. 
  • Impeccable attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. 

 

Good to Have: 

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s / PGDM in Business Administration. 
  • Prior exposure and/or experience in instructional design or L&D. 
  • Exposure to organizational change management or organizational transformation.  

 

Technical Skills  

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must. 
  • Exposure to ANY authoring tool (Articulate, Captivate, Enable Now, WalkMe) is preferred. 
  • Familiarity with learning platforms (LMS) or content management tools is a plus. 
  • Interest in visual design, video editing, or interactive learning formats is an advantage. 
  • Exposure to survey platforms like MS Forms, Qualtrics, or similar tools is a plus.
