Work you’ll do. 

As a Team Lead, you will oversee teamwork and hold accountability for delivering learning materials that help employees at client organizations adapt to new systems, processes, and ways of working. Your work will enable learning initiatives achieve tangible, real-world outcomes, and drive client value from Organizational Change Management.  

 

  • Lead a team of associates/analysts delivering back-office services to the Organizational Change Management and learning advisory practice at Deloitte India. 
  • Outline and communicate clear objectives to the team when assigning work and reviewing progress; identify work-related issues and mediate. 
  • Ensure every team member understands their work responsibilities and receives guidance to perform as expected per Deloitte guidelines. 
  • Foster open communication and collaboration among team members; provide guidance and mentorship in team meetings to foster team spirit. 
  • Lead training plans and coordinate schedules with stakeholders; collaborate with advisory teams and SMEs to align learning interventions. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (i.e., Advisory, Subject Matter Experts in Business and Technology) to review and sign-off on requirements. 
  • Create and maintain deliverable templates in accordance with Deloitte’s Business Delivery standards and client expectations. 
  • Define the acceptance criteria for various learning work products such as instructional modules/job-aids, e-learning, and instructor-led learning. 
  • Conduct work-reviews within own team and client-facing internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are signed-off in a timely manner. 
  • Conduct quality checks on training materials and support content development as needed, ensuring alignment with instructional design standards. 
  • Establish and maintain writing standards and templates to ensure consistency and quality; oversee refresher training sessions and stakeholder surveys to assess effectiveness. 
  • Ensure all pertinent documentation contributing to the creation, review, and deployment of client learning initiatives are maintained for traceability. 
  • Manage ongoing risk and issue mitigation to ensure contractual obligations with the delivery of work are always upheld. 
  • Onboard and train new team members on delivery methodology, communication protocols, standards, and performance metrics. 
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement; propose projects/initiatives to reduce costs in the delivery lifecycle. 
  • Secure management support to undertake improvement initiatives; manage team contribution on stretch assignments.  

Skills Required: 

 

Must Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in arts or science. 
  • 5 to 8 years of total professional work experience; 3-4 years of relevant experience in a leadership position. 
  • Expertise in Instructional Design (ID) and creating learning materials using various methods (eLearning, simulations, ILT). 
  • Strong skills in managing projects from inception to completion. 
  • Skills in analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of learning programs. 
  • Excellent communication and written language skills. 
  • Impeccable attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. 

 

Good to Have: 

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s / PGDM in Business Administration. 
  • Exposure to organizational change management, digital transformation, or organizational transformation. 

 

Technical Skills  

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must. 
  • Proficiency in authoring software is considered a major advantage for the position.  
  • Familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools is preferred. 
  • Experience with e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
