Within this team, the Asset GTM function focuses on developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Deloitte’s proprietary assets. Work you’ll do: 

As a Senior Consultant / Senior Team Lead, you will serve as a strategic connector between product, marketing, sales, and client teams to ensure the successful commercialization and adoption of our change management asset. 

 

Your Prime Responsibilities: 

 

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution 

  • Lead the design and execution of the GTM strategy for the asset, ensuring alignment with business goals. 
  • Define target markets, customer segments, and positioning in collaboration with GTM leaders. 
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to product teams, translating market insights and client feedback into roadmap decisions. 
  • Manage the GTM plan across geographies, adapting strategies to regional dynamics and stakeholder needs. 

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence 

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. 
  • Monitor client needs and adoption patterns to refine GTM approaches. 

Marketing & Sales Enablement 

  • Develop compelling GTM materials (e.g., sales decks, brochures, demos) tailored to diverse audiences. 
  • Support product launches and integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement. 

Client Activation & Program Management 

  • Oversee onboarding and activation of new clients on the platform. 
  • Manage license provisioning, user data, and master data support to ensure seamless client experience. 

Performance Tracking & Reporting 

  • Track and report on key GTM metrics: pipeline, activations, revenue, user base, and license utilization. 
  • Present insights and progress updates to senior stakeholders and leadership forums. 
  • Use data to inform strategy and optimize GTM performance. 

Eminence & Campaign Ideation 

  • Lead the ideation and execution of eminence-building initiatives (e.g., webinars, thought leadership, social media). 
  • Partner with marketing to amplify asset visibility and market presence. 

 

 

Skills Required: 

 

Must Have 

  • 6–10 years of experience in GTM strategy, product marketing, or consulting (preferably in tech or SaaS). 
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). 
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt strategies based on evolving market and client needs. 

Preferred: 

  • Experience in the consulting industry, ideally with a Big 4 firm. 
  • Familiarity with change management principles and HR tech. 
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling software products. 
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and product lifecycle management
