Your work profile

• Overall, 6–9 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca.
• Proven experience in leading automation initiatives and driving end-to-end test automation strategies across enterprise applications.

Key skills required

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and project leadership to understand requirements and define effective test automation solutions.
• Provide consulting and technical leadership in designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise-grade test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
• Define and establish end-to-end automation architecture, infrastructure, standards, and best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain Tosca automation assets including TBox/Classical Modules, Test Case Design, Requirements, API Testing, and BI Validation.
• Lead automation feasibility assessments, solution design discussions, and estimation activities for new initiatives.
• Mentor and guide team members on Tosca best practices, framework development, and automation strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and optimizing test execution cycles.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, framework enhancements, and automation governance activities.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca components including Test Case Design (TCD), Test Data Service (TDS), Distributed Execution (DEX), API Testing, and custom reporting.
• Hands-on experience integrating Tosca with test management and ALM tools such as QTest, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments, including CI/CD integration and automated execution pipelines.
• Strong experience in developing and executing automated test scripts for SAP applications, middleware, APIs, and third-party integrated systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP end-to-end business process automation across:
• Production Planning (SAP PP)
• Material Management (SAP MM)
• Financial Supply Chain Management (SAP FSCM)
• Sales and Distribution (SAP SD)
• Experience in automating Microsoft Power Apps and SAP-centric end-to-end business processes.
• Ability to review automation solutions, enforce quality standards, and provide technical recommendations to stakeholders.

Education 
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
