Job Title: Assistant / Front Office Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Work as part of the operations team to ensure the effective delivery of front office administration
- Respond to queries from internal and external clients
- Handle and direct incoming telephone calls as appropriate
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels to ensure clients are welcomed and directed appropriately
- Coordinate with courier services for receiving and dispatching documents, packages, and maintaining records.
- Ensure timely distribution of invoices, mail and other documents to relevant divisions and keeping proper records
- Assist in organizing internal events and support day-to-day operations
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong telephone etiquette with a pleasant disposition
- Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to different situations
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced operational environment
