Job Title:  EA - GO : Deputy Manager - Strategy & Growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to shape, communicate, and execute firm-wide strategy, priorities, and key decisions.
• Drive Executive Committee forums, leadership cadence, and regional/global reporting, ensuring focus on critical issues, actions, and outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality analysis, reports, and presentations, including investment planning, risk assessment, fiscal planning, and ROI tracking in collaboration with Finance.
• Lead high-impact firm and practice-level initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and aligned execution.
• Support priority client growth initiatives across Sri Lanka and Maldives through structured planning, execution monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Conduct industry, market, economic, and client research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential service offerings for leadership consideration.
• Elevate the Sri Lanka market and Deloitte brand across South Asia through strategic communications, presentations, and leadership engagement initiatives

.Requirements:

• 5-6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Planning, Consulting, or Growth focused roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required, or MBA being highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and project management skills
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
