Job Title: EA : Intern - Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple business units, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes
- Partner with the Talent team to source, screen, and shortlist candidates aligned with business requirements
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate pipelines
- Assist in developing job descriptions and executing job postings across relevant platforms
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including campus engagement and talent attraction campaigns
- Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new joiners
- Uphold confidentiality and data integrity in all recruitment activities
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Personnel Development, Business Psychology or a related field is preferred
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Passionate about learning, employee experience, and engagement
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership
