Job Title: EA : MBC - Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all design projects across BUs, maintaining visual integrity and brand recognition.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Design engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, and presentations.
- Create visually compelling graphics for digital platforms, including website elements, social media posts, email templates, and online advertisements.
- Liaise with Admin Procurement to ensure the quality and timely production of printed materials, maintaining brand standards and budget constraints.
- Assist with photography and video editing tasks as needed for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Practice new technology applications to enhance the quality of graphics and stay up to date with market trends, ensuring that design strategies remain innovative and competitive.
- Produce and edit video content for marketing campaigns and promotional materials, including concept development, filming, and post-production editing.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, AI tools, and digital content strategies.
- Special Occasion Design: Create unique and visually appealing tax alerts, posts, and greeting cards for occasions like New Year, Christmas, and other celebrations.
- Quality Control: Review and control final layouts to ensure all work is accurate and of high quality.
- Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, animations, and other marketing materials.
- Design and layout magazine pages, including features, regulars, and special sections, ensuring a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing look.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all publications.
The ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative design solutions across various mediums.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.), animation and motion graphics development including character based explainer video, Al tools, etc.
- Diploma, certification or equivalent qualification will be an advantage, but not essential.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
