Job Title: EA : Marketing, Brand & Communications - Senior Executive
Job overview:
You will contribute to strengthening Deloitte’s brand presence, enhancing market visibility and delivering impactful marketing and communication initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and global teams to develop and execute campaigns, manage communications and support initiatives that strengthen Deloitte's brand and reputation in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing and brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and market presence
- Collaborate with business functions and internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and strategic objectives
- Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, while measuring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent, engaging and aligned messaging across relevant platforms
- Develop and manage content-driven marketing initiatives, including social media, digital marketing, email campaigns, newsletters and video content
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events and marketing activations, coordinating with vendors, stakeholders and internal teams
- Coordinate and support the local execution of Deloitte Global Marketing, Brand & Communications campaigns and initiatives
- Work closely with the creative and graphic design teams by providing clear briefs and content requirements to ensure the timely development and publication of marketing materials
- Ensure all marketing and communication activities adhere to Deloitte network standards, brand guidelines, policies and relevant procedures
- Stay updated on marketing trends, digital platforms and emerging opportunities to support innovative and effective marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Digital Marketing or a related field from a recognised university. Professional qualifications such as CIM or SLIM will be an added advantage
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Brand and Communications
- Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Knowledge and experience in social media management, digital advertising and paid social media campaigns
- Strong content development and copywriting skills
- Knowledge of website management and front-end or back-end website development will be an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas and information clearly and effectively
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organisational and time-management skills
- A creative, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
