Job Title: EA : Talent - Learning and Engagement Assistant
Job Overview
As a Learning and Engagement Assistant, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of learning and engagement initiatives that empower our people to grow, perform, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end coordination of learning programmes, including scheduling, communications, logistics, and participant management
- Assist in developing internal communications and resources to promote engagement and learning initiatives
- Maintain accurate training records and support reporting and evaluation activities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, facilitators, and vendors to ensure smooth programme delivery
- Provide administrative support for events, workshops, and wellbeing activities
- Help manage learning platforms and digital tools, ensuring a seamless learner experience
- Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance the team’s programmes and processes
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Personnel Development, Business Psychology or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience administrative support in HR, L&D, events or communications
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Passionate about learning, employee experience, and engagement
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and digital platforms (e.g., MS Teams, LMS systems)
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership
- Experience in a corporate or professional services environment is a plus but not essential
