Job Title:  Executive - Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity of data throughout extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis activities.
• Import, clean, transform, validate, and maintain datasets from various sources.
• Analyze data, identify trends and anomalies, interpret results, and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and interactive dashboards for management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain analytics scripts and automated processes using ACL and other relevant analytical tools.
• Support audit, risk, and business teams through data-driven analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, audit analytics, or a similar analytical role within a professional services, consulting, audit, or commercial environment.
• Experience using ACL Analytics (Audit Command Language) or similar data analytics tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and VBA; knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages will be an added advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and data modelling techniques.
• Experience in developing reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in auditing or risk advisory services will be an added advantage.
