Job Title: Executive - Payroll
Requirements
- Degree or Professional qualification in HR/Finance/Accounting from a recognized institutuion.
- Two years of proven expereince in the field of Payroll Managemet.
- Proficiency in using payroll software tools to process payroll efficiently , generate reports and manage records
- Execellent attention to detail for accurate payroll management and support
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive data
Key responsibilities
- Assist with end-to end payroll processing and administration
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry of payroll information to maintain precise payroll records
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries and concerns
- Generate payroll reports including tax reports and labor cost analyses
- Conduct regular audits and verifications of payroll data to identify any discrepancies
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and stay updated with latest regulations and standards
