Job Title: Future Opportunity : EA - GO : Senior Analyst (Senior Executive) - Strategy & Growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and drive Growth Office initiatives for priority client accounts in Sri Lanka and Maldives, from planning through execution and monitoring
- Conduct industry, market and client research to identify trends, opportunities and potential service offerings
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support the Firm’s business strategy and growth priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance organizational efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic and transformational initiatives within agreed timelines
- Support risk management initiatives and help safeguard the Firm’s business interests
- Support the planning and execution of Executive Committee meetings and other governance forum
- Prepare management reports, presentations and strategic insights for senior stakeholders
- Monitor market and competitive activities in collaboration with the Brand & Communications team and support initiatives that enhance Deloitte’s market visibility
- Support coaching, training and other people development initiatives across the Firm
- Provide support to other strategic and operational priorities of the Firm as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Strategy or a related field, with 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage strategic projects from planning through execution
- Good understanding of industry trends, market dynamics and business opportunities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
