Our Transparent Selection Process:

Internship placements are recruited through a transparent and competitive application and selection process. Here are the steps:

Step 1: Submit your CV

Send your updated CV and a cover letter letting us know about your career motivation, area of interest, education, and any other work experience you've had so far.

Step 2: Initial Assessment

We will invite you for an assessment once your CV has been shortlisted. You may be invited to do a validation test at a later stage of the assessment. The tests can include a Cognitive Test, Psychometric Questionnaire, Cultural Fit Questionnaire, English Writing Task, and or a Business Case scenario.

Step 3: Group Assessment or Interview

Once you pass your initial assessment, you will be invited to attend an interview. This may include a group discussion.
