Requirements
- An undergraduate pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive Human Resources information.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Human Resources administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and maintaining employee records and files.
- Support the Human Resources Business Partner with recruitment campaigns, onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with firm standards.
- Assist in Human Resources policy development initiatives, process documentation, and employee engagement activities.
