Job Title:  Internships | CFA

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing financial statements and performing basic financial analysis to support advisory engagements
• Support the development of financial models under guidance from senior team members
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and client materials based on financial and business analysis
• Conduct industry, market, and company research to support project work and business development initiatives
• Assist with project coordination activities such as collecting data, preparing working papers, and liaising with internal teams
• Participate in training, knowledge-sharing, and people development initiatives within the firm
• Support multiple teams across Advisory Services on a need’s basis

Requirements

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Students pursuing professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, CA Sri Lanka, or CFA will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis concepts
• Basic to intermediate skills in financial modelling
• Good analytical, numerical, and presentation skills
• A proactive learner with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
