Learning and Engagement Coordinator- Senior Executive Grade

 

Assist in the implementation of learning programs that align with Deloitte’s goals, focusing on employee development and skill enhancement.

Collaborate with the local and global HR and Learning and Development teams to schedule and organize training sessions, ensuring that logistical details are managed efficiently.

  • Support the development and updating of training materials and curricula under the guidance of senior learning leaders.
  • Help coordinate the content creation process by gathering input from subject matter experts and ensuring materials meet Deloitte standards.
  • Facilitate select training sessions and workshops, ensuring a positive learning environment and encouraging participant engagement.
  • Assist in the delivery of onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking enrollment, participation, and completion of training programs.
  • Coordinate with the Global teams or external vendors to ensure learning technology and programs remain effective and accessible to all employees.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Prepare summary reports on training outcomes and participant feedback to present to senior leaders.
  • Help organize employee engagement initiatives related to learning, such as Lunch and Learn sessions, team-building exercises, and knowledge-sharing events.
  • Support initiatives that promote a culture of learning within the organization.
  • Curate and maintain a repository of professional development resources, including articles, videos, and online courses for employees to access.
  • Assist employees in navigating these resources and finding appropriate learning opportunities.

Must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or human resources in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with learning technologies (e.g., LMS, e-learning tools) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication in English and relationship-building skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • A proactive attitude toward personal and professional development.
  • A passion for fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Good organization and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
