Job Title: Manager - Corporate Finance - Strategy, Risk and Transactions
Requirements:
- Member or Passed Finalist of ACMA//ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFA with a degree in Finance, or related field.
- 8 years’ experience in corporate finance, valuations, or transaction advisory
- Strong technical expertise in financial modelling and business valuations
- Experience in being part of M&A and Deal teams will be advantageous
- Hands-on experience in advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with databases such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Merger Market, etc.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project coordination skills
- Ability to lead assignments and guide junior team members
- High level of integrity, enthusiasm, and a collaborative mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Support firm leadership in acquiring, developing, and managing client relationships in Corporate Finance and Valuations
- Lead and manage end-to-end client engagements, including feasibility studies, valuations, M&A
- Develop and review complex financial models for diverse industries and business scenarios
- Prepare high-quality feasibility and valuation reports aligned with client and regulatory requirements
- Guide and mentor junior team members; oversee project teams and ensure timely delivery
- Engage in transaction services and deal structuring, collaborating with cross-border teams where required
- Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the function
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and client expectations; actively identify and pursue new business opportunities
