Job Title:  SRT - Restructuring, Turnaround and Cost Transformation : Senior Executive

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operational and administrative activities, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of assigned tasks.
  • Assist in the disposal of movable assets, including coordination, documentation and maintenance of relevant records.
  • Liaise with banks, service providers and other external parties on routine operational and administrative matters.
  • Process online banking transactions and ensure the timely preparation and maintenance of supporting documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for payroll processing and other employee-related matters.
  • Review and verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate, well-organised and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Prepare periodic reports, summaries and management updates as required.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Undertake other operational, administrative and ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Administration, Finance, or a similar role.
  • A relevant professional qualification or part-qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organisational, coordination and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, meet deadlines and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A high level of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality.
  • A proactive and positive approach, with the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through to completion.
