Job Title:  SRT - S&T : Manager, Corporate Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle corporate finance engagements, including valuations, financial advisory, and M&A transactions.
• Build and review complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Support deal structuring and execution, including cross-border and complex transactions.
• Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables.
• Develop strong client relationships and provide clear, strategic financial advice.
• Oversee project scope, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare and present clear, well-structured reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on growth initiatives and business development.

Requirements:

• Qualified member or passed finalist of ACMA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA with a degree in Finance or related field
• 8+ years’ experience in corporate finance, valuations, or transaction advisory
• Strong expertise in financial modelling and valuation techniques
• Experience in M&A and deal execution teams is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Merger Market
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with proven project leadership
