Job Title: SRT - S&T : Restructuring, Turnaround and Cost Transformation - Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end processing of receipts and payments for the assigned client portfolio
- Review and support the preparation of MIS reports and financial reports
- Ensure timely preparation and review of financial statements for statutory reporting
- Supervise payroll processing and statutory filings (EPF, ETF, Stamp Duty, APIT, CIT)
- Assist in managing and monitoring client investment portfolios
- Review monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy
- Liaise with banks, client staff and external stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
- Support process improvements and ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Part qualification in CA / CIMA / ACCA / CMA or full qualification in AAT (or similar)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and computerized accounting systems
- Hands-on experience in Tally is an added advantage
- Good knowledge in Inland revenue Act and experience in various types taxes.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including supervisory exposure
- Excellent communication skills with strong analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a small team effectively
