As a member of our Oracle Consulting team, you will support clients in designing, developing, and delivering Oracle Cloud technical solutions, including integrations, reports, extensions, data migrations, and technical customizations, while enabling clients to adopt leading practices and maximize the value of Oracle Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical solutions across Financials, Procurement, Projects, Expenses, and related enterprise modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Oracle best practices.
Architect and implement scalable integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, web services.
Define and execute enterprise data migration and data management strategies using FBDI, HDL, and ADFDI, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, governance, and performance.
Design and deliver enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using BI Publisher, FRS, OTBI, Smart View, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
Develop and optimize PL/SQL-based solutions for data transformation, validation, extraction, and performance tuning across Oracle ERP environments.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Oracle Cloud technical architecture and integration designs.
Lead technical delivery workstreams across the full lifecycle including design, build, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including functional consultants, solution architects, project managers, and business users to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams through mentoring, troubleshooting, and contributing to continuous improvement of delivery standards and best practices.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
6+ years of experience in Oracle ERP technologies with strong exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (R12).
Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and enterprise reporting frameworks.
Proven experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and API-led integrations (REST/SOAP), including enterprise system integration design.
Strong functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications and end-to-end business processes including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.
Hands-on experience with Oracle data migration tools and frameworks including FBDI, HDL, and ADFDI.
Strong knowledge of integration architecture, middleware platforms, and data standards including JSON, XML, and web services.
Strong programming skills in Java or similar languages, with experience in relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and independently manage complex delivery workstreams in consulting or system integration environments.
Experience in Agile delivery models and large-scale Oracle ERP transformation programs.
Experience working in global delivery environments across multiple time zones and multicultural teams with strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
Exposure to Oracle SaaS extensibility tools such as VBCS and Groovy scripting is an advantage.
