Job Title: T&T : Account Manager, Technology Consulting Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth and consistently achieve sales targets
- Identify, engage, and convert opportunities with new prospects and existing clients, managing the end-to-end sales cycle
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding client’s business needs and providing tailored solutions as a trusted advisor
- Build, track and manage a high-quality sales pipeline and use CRM tools to manage the sales process
- Collaborate closely with internal business function teams and marketing to design and deliver solutions that maximize client value
- Establish a strong market presence and build successful references in Sri Lanka and Maldives to strengthen brand credibility and drive portfolio expansion
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline health and progress on key initiatives to BU leaders and senior leaders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals
Requirements:
- 4 to 8+ years of experience in business development, sales and client relationship management, in technology consulting or professional services
- Qualification in CIM or SLIM or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Marketing or a related field
- An MBA would be an added advantage
- Proven track record of managing high-value deals and achieving revenue targets
- Strong experience in building long-term client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Commercial negotiations skills
- Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies and identify new market opportunities
- Collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders
