Job Title: T&T : Business Development Manager
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales and client management, preferably in technology, consulting, or professional services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional qualifications is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and managing high-value deals.
- Strong experience in building long-term client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify, engage, and convert opportunities with both new prospects and existing clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Generate, track, and manage a high-quality sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and deal visibility.
- Collaborate closely with internal business function teams and marketing to design and deliver solutions that maximize client value and deal success.
- Establish a strong market presence and build success references in Sri Lanka and Maldives to strengthen brand credibility and drive further sales
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and account strategies to BU and senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
