Job Title: T&T : Cyber - Digital Trust & Privacy - Analyst/Associate Analyst
Job Overview
You will support client engagements focused on privacy, data protection, and digital trust, working with organisations across various industries.You will be involved in assessing privacy risks, supporting regulatory compliance, and developing practical solutions that enable organisations to manage and use data responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of privacy and data protection engagements for clients across multiple industries
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, assessments, and project discussions
- Prepare client reports, presentations, analysis, and recommendations
- Conduct privacy compliance and maturity assessments against applicable regulations and industry standards
- Support Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and privacy risk assessments
- Develop and review privacy policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Support data discovery, data mapping, and Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) initiatives
- Assess privacy risks across business processes, applications, and technology implementations
- Support Privacy by Design, data governance, AI governance, and digital trust initiatives
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Law, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in privacy, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, audit, consulting, or a related area
- Understanding of data protection principles and privacy regulations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of PDPA, GDPR, ISO 27701, ISO 27001, NIST Privacy Framework, or similar standards will be an advantage
- Privacy-related certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CDPSE, or CDP will be an advantage
