Job Title: T&T : EAID : Business Analysis Intern
Job Overview
As an Intern, you will support business analysis and project delivery activities across technology-enabled initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in gathering requirements, preparing project documentation, supporting quality assurance, and collaborating with Agile teams and stakeholders throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement elicitation and documentation: Assist in gathering, analysing, and clarifying stakeholder needs, and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Project planning and coordination: Support project planning, coordinate activities and follow-ups, organise meetings, prepare meeting notes and status updates, and maintain project documents and user manuals
- Quality assurance: Participate in functional, performance, and user acceptance testing; document results and track defects to confirm that solutions meet agreed requirements and quality standards
- Agile collaboration: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while working closely with the project team, and stakeholders
- AI-enabled business analysis and SDLC support: Use approved AI tools to support requirements analysis, prototyping, documentation and test-case preparation. Apply business judgement to identify gaps, clarify business rules and validate outputs against stakeholder needs and acceptance criteria
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Project Management, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
- Ability to apply AI tools effectively in business analysis and the SDLC, provide clear business context, critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, and use these tools responsibly to improve delivery quality and productivity
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of business analysis, project management, Agile practices, and the SDLC
- Interest in using AI and digital tools to improve productivity and project delivery
- Availability to work full-time during the internship period
- Excellent communication skills in English
