Job Title:  T&T : EAID - Consultant - Power BI

Job Overview

As a consultant, you will leverage your industry expertise to design and deliver impactful business intelligence solutions that address client needs and support data-driven decision-making. You will be involved across the full BI lifecycle, including data modelling, development, deployment, and optimisation, while collaborating closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will contribute to Agile delivery, uphold quality standards and best practices, and drive continuous improvement and innovation to enhance reporting effectiveness and business value.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Power BI solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using Power BI
• Perform data modelling and transformation to ensure efficient and reliable reporting solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project members to deliver high-quality BI solutions
• Support the deployment, optimisation, and ongoing enhancement of reporting and analytics platforms
• Conduct reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, governance practices, and quality requirements
• Contribute to Agile project delivery and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities for automation and innovation to improve reporting efficiency and business insights
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end users where required
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in business intelligence and analytics

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3 - 6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or Power BI development.
• Strong experience in Power BI, including report development, dashboard creation, and data visualisation techniques.
• Proficiency in data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and ETL concepts.
• Experience working with SQL databases and data integration technologies.
• Familiarity with Azure data services and cloud-based analytics platforms will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and collaborative project environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
