Job Title: T&T - ET&P : Finance Transformation : Senior Analyst
Finance Transformation provides guidance to CFO's office and finance teams to design strategies, implement and deliver solutions for finance processes, operation and supporting technology to navigate through the complexities of finance function. The team focuses on providing insights to drive profitability and growth resulting in value creation.
Job Overview
The primary role of a Senior Analyst will be to make immediate and direct contribution to enhance our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable. Assist Finance organizations in solving complex challenges and adding greater value to the business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA) with excellent academic credentials.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience across consulting and/or industry roles.
- Able to challenge the status quo, deliver compelling and well-structured arguments for change and transformation.
- Working knowledge of any technologies in digital finance would be an added advantage.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products such as PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word etc.
- Willingness to travel as this role requires travel as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommended solutions and strategies.
- Conduct thorough analyses of client requirements, industry trends, and market dynamics
- Preparation of proposals and responses to RFPs by collaborating across competencies/alliances/service lines
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders both within the client organization and internally.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment, actively participating in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
