Job Title:  T&T : ET&P : Finance Transformation - Senior Analyst

Job Overview

The primary role of a Senior Analyst is to assist finance transformation engagements that help clients improve performance, strengthen governance, and enhance operational efficiency. The role involves analyzing finance functions, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to the design and implementation of sustainable transformation solutions. As part of a project team, the Senior Analyst will work closely with the project leads, clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality advisory and transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives, finance function challenges, operating models, and transformation requirements
• Conduct finance process reviews, operating model assessments, process studies, and process re-engineering initiatives to identify improvement opportunities, enhance controls, and drive operational efficiencies
• Develop target operating models, governance frameworks, Delegation of Authority (DOA) structures, RACI matrices, KPIs, policies, SOPs, process maps, and other finance function documentation
• Perform financial analysis and assessments covering people, processes, technology, governance, and organizational effectiveness
• Support ERP implementation and finance transformation initiatives through requirements gathering, process design, testing, change management, and finance functional advisory support
• Prepare client deliverables, reports, presentations, and proposals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting and transformation engagements
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the continuous enhancement of finance transformation capabilities, methodologies, and best practices
• Support firm-wide initiatives, practice development activities, and business development efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Management, or equivalent professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA) with strong academic credentials
• 2 - 3 years’ relevant post-degree experience in consulting, finance, accounting, process improvement and auditing
• Ability to challenge the status quo and deliver well-structured arguments for change and transformation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of digital finance technologies is a plus
• Willing to travel as required by project needs
