As a member of our Oracle Consulting team, you will support clients in adopting leading practices across Financials, Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Order Management, Logistics, and SCM Analytics through the implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients in understanding leading business processes by leveraging strong functional expertise to enable business transformation through Oracle Cloud solutions
• Identify strategies, risks, and solution options, and recommend optimal approaches aligned with client business requirements
• Demonstrate solution capabilities and lead the implementation of appropriate business solutions
• Drive user adoption through effective training and knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with clients, team members, and leadership to successfully deliver projects
• Continuously enhances Oracle technology expertise, industry knowledge, and soft skills to deliver high-quality solutions

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, or part/full qualification in CIMA/ACCA (partially qualified candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting or Finance & Accounting within a recognized organization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a solid understanding of Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting, and basic project management processes
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle (ERP Cloud/EBS), SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, IFS, or similar platforms
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, effectively engage stakeholders, and adapt to working with international teams across different time zones
