Job Title: T&T - HC : Organization Transformation - Consultant
Key Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in Organization Design, Transformation, Performance Management, or related HR/consulting areas.
- Bachelor’s / Postgraduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with working proficiency in MS Office; exposure to data analysis/modelling is an advantage.
- Ability to support and apply structured problem-solving and design thinking methodologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Experience working with clients/stakeholders, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Self-driven team player, able to manage tasks independently with guidance from senior team members.
- Flexibility to travel and work in dynamic project environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver project tasks independently while supporting senior team members in complex workstreams.
- Develop deliverables and presentation materials that address client needs and project objectives.
- Anticipate client challenges and provide practical solutions with guidance from managers.
- Build strong client relationships by ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Support proposal development, business growth initiatives, and internal practice projects.
- Assist in implementation activities and ensure effective day-to-day execution of project plans.
- Take ownership of personal and professional development to strengthen consulting expertise.
