Job Title: T&T - HC : Organization Transformation - Senior Consultant
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6-8 years of experience in organizational transformation, HR consulting, or change management.
- Proven track record in leading organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office and data modeling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, high-quality delivery.
