Job Title:  T&T : HC : Workforce Transformation - Consultant

 

Job Overview

You will support clients in addressing workforce and organisational challenges through effective people strategies, transformation initiatives and innovative talent solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Human Capital, organisational and workforce practices, with the ability to analyse business needs, develop practical solutions and work collaboratively with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse workforce, organisational and people-related challenges and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
  • Support the delivery of Workforce Transformation and Human Capital consulting projects across diverse industries and client environments.
  • Support initiatives related to organisation design, workforce planning, talent management, employee experience and change management.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking and data analysis to identify workforce trends and opportunities
  • Develop client presentations, reports, proposals and other project deliverables
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs and develop appropriate recommendations
  • Participate in workshops, stakeholder discussions and client meetings
  • Stay updated on emerging HR, workforce and organisational trends and contribute to developing innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes
  • Support pre-sales activities and collaborate with the Business Development team to identify opportunities and contribute to achieving revenue targets of the practice.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Capital Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field from a recognised university
  • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in Human Capital, HR Consulting, Workforce Transformation, Organisation Development, Talent Management, Change Management or a related area
  • Strong understanding of workforce and organisational transformation concepts and practices
  • Experience in analysing business and workforce requirements and developing practical recommendations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and research skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Professional qualifications in statistics, data analytics or in a related discipline will be an added advantage
