Job Title: T&T : Human Capital - Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project team to propose improvements to HR processes aligned with client HR technology and transformation needs
- Understand client requirements, analyze, and suggest improvements to end-to-end HR processes
- Support the design and implementation of HR transformation programs
- Develop surveys and research tools to support HR advisory and transformation initiatives
- Support training programs and related learning materials
- Handle project-related administrative and coordination tasks
- Assist in HR Advisory projects across multiple clients
- Support internal dashboard development and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with a consistent record of strong academic performance
- Demonstrated social awareness and the ability to incorporate feedback into continuous professional development
