Job Title: T&T : Human Capital - Workday HCM - Senior Consultant/Consultant (Technical)

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation practice, you will be responsible to implement Tier 1 HCM products such as Oracle HCM, Workday or SAP SuccessFactors in a Global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production / warranty support.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with the project team to propose improvements on HR processes in alignment with our clients’ requirements for HR technology, transforming their HR operations , defining their HR strategy with leading HR cloud technologies that enhance service delivery, enable innovation and reenergize the employee experience
- Understanding clients’ needs, mapping out, analyzing and suggesting improvements to end-to-end HR-processes on the design and implementation of HR transformation programmes
- Follow-up after the go-live data to respond to questions or concerns
Requirements
- Requires good integration knowledge in implementing and/or supporting at least one Workday HCM project
- Ability to code, write design / technical specifications, perform code reviews, understand integration strategies, understand how HR interfaces with other modules
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with Bachelor’s degree with a consistent record of strong academic performance
- Experience in Workday - EIB, Studio, PECI, WECI Document Transformation, Core HCM / Benefits / Payroll, Connectors, Calculated Fields, XSLT / XML, Web Services API
- Preferably experience in designing and developing Workday integrations with EIBs, Workday Studio, XSLT transformations, Workday Orchestrate, PI/PECI.
- Good communication and writing skills in English and have the ability to have design discussions with the global clients/Project teams
- Strong team player, proactive and a quick learner
- Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently
- This role may involve travel and working in shifts
- Workday Pro Integrations certifications will be an added advantage
