Job Title: T&T : IFS Functional Consultant - Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
Job Role:
As an IFS Functional Consultant - EAM, you will play a key role in delivering IFS Cloud implementations for asset intensive clients, particularly across utilities, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical teams, and project leadership to translate business requirements into effective IFS EAM solutions across the full delivery lifecycle - from design through go live and post implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis for IFS EAM implementations, and design asset management processes including asset structures, maintenance strategies, work orders, and maintenance plans
- Configure IFS EAM modules in line with approved designs and best practices, and contribute to functional solution design documents, process flows, and configuration specifications
- Support testing activities (SIT & UAT), including test scenario preparation, execution support, and defect resolution, while collaborating with data migration and integration teams
- Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, supporting workshops, design reviews, and client walkthroughs
- Support go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvement initiatives, while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- 4 - 9 years of experience in ERP or EAM implementations, with experience in IFS Cloud (EAM module) and preferably involvement in 2 - 3 IFS Cloud implementations
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, preventive and corrective maintenance, work management processes, and spare parts/inventory integration with EAM
- Hands-on experience in fit-gap analysis, functional configuration, documentation, and supporting UAT during system implementations
- Experience working with asset-intensive industries such as Utilities, Manufacturing, Energy, or Infrastructure is highly desirable
- Familiarity with IFS tools (Scope Tool, ClickLearn) and exposure to GIS systems, condition monitoring tools, or legacy asset systems is an added advantage
- Strong client-facing communication skills, ability to work in global delivery teams, and a structured problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
