Job Title: T&T : Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions - Associate Analyst
Overview
Join our Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions – International Development team and work with global professionals supporting development banks, donor agencies, and government partners.
You will contribute to projects across SME development, women’s empowerment, business process improvement, capacity building, and monitoring & evaluation, combining research, strategy, and technology to deliver sustainable development solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of development sector projects for multilateral development banks, donor agencies, and government partners
- Conduct research, analysis, and assessments to support project objectives and recommendations
- Contribute to the design and implementation of solutions across areas such as SME development, women’s empowerment, process improvement, and capacity building
- Support monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and documentation of project outcomes
- Collaborate with local and international teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outputs
- Apply innovative approaches, technology, and global best practices to address development challenges
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Development Studies, Management, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
- Relevant experience in consulting, development projects, government, donor-funded programmes, or related fields will be an advantage
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- A genuine interest in the development sector and creating sustainable social and economic impact
