Job Title:  T&T - Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions - Manager

Overview

As part of the Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions team, you’ll work with globally aware professionals delivering advisory services to public sector clients, multilateral banks and donor agencies. Our Government and Public Services (GPS) practice focuses on business process re-engineering, digital transformation, needs assessments, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, SME development and women’s empowerment blending global knowledge with local experience to deliver sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements, industry trends, and market dynamics.
• Identify growth opportunities, prepare proposals and RFP responses, and contribute to expanding business across competencies and service lines.
• Manage engagements end-to-end, including guiding team members, collaborate with cross-border and cross-industry teams, and participate in client discussions and presentations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality solutions and effective communication within the GPS space.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Governance, Public Policy, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in digital transformation projects within government, international organizations, or private sector technology firms.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, blockchain, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital identity systems.
• Excellent English and local language skills, with strong research, analysis, and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, work independently or in teams, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
