Job Title: T&T : Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions - Senior Analyst
Overview
Join our Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions – International Development team and work with global professionals supporting development banks, donor agencies, and government partners.
You will contribute to projects across SME development, women’s empowerment, business process improvement, capacity building, and monitoring & evaluation, combining research, strategy, and technology to deliver sustainable development solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, track and support business development opportunities across International Development and Public Sector engagements
- Conduct sector, market and stakeholder research to identify opportunities and emerging trends
- Support the preparation of EOIs, proposals, concept notes, reports and presentations
- Liaise with clients, donors, project consultants, subject matter experts and internal stakeholders
- Support project planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring activities
- Assist with data collection, analysis, monitoring and evaluation activities
- Track project deliverables, timelines and milestones to ensure timely completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Support senior team members with research, analysis and other project-related activities as required
Key Requirements:
- A completed bachelor’s degree or professional qualification, preferably in Business Management, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in International Development Agency-funded or Public Sector projects will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language/s
- Strong research, analytical and report-writing skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Good project coordination, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Flexibility, adaptability, curiosity and resourcefulness
