Job Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Consultant with strong expertise in AI, Data, and Analytics, combined with proven experience in business development, presales, and client engagement.

This is a highly client-facing role focused on driving revenue growth, shaping opportunities, leading presales engagements, and positioning AI and data-driven solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Presales

• Drive business development initiatives across AI, Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation services.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new client opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Lead presales engagements including client discussions, discovery workshops, solution presentations, and proposal development.
• Support RFP/RFQ responses, effort estimations, and commercial solution shaping.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable, value-driven solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on AI and Data transformation initiatives.
• Support pipeline growth, cross-selling, and revenue generation targets.

Solution Advisory

• Advise clients on AI, Generative AI, Analytics, and Data platform capabilities relevant to business challenges.
• Translate business requirements into practical and scalable solution approaches.
• Present solution concepts and transformation roadmaps to senior stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with delivery and engineering teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to execution.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability-building initiatives.

Key Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in AI, Data, Analytics, Technology Consulting, Presales, or Business Development roles
• Hands on experience in Data Modeling, Visualisation and Data Engineering
• Strong understanding of AI, Analytics, Data Platforms, and Digital Transformation solutions
• Proven experience in client engagement, consultative selling, proposal development, and solution presentations
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and drive revenue opportunities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Exposure to Generative AI and emerging AI technologies would be advantageous
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data & AI, Business Analytics, or a related field
