Job Title: T&T : Software Engineer (Associate Consultant - Technical)

We are looking for a Software Engineer specializing in Enterprise System Integrations to join our HR Transformation Consulting team. In this role, you will work with global clients to design, build, and support integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems such as ERP, payroll, and finance platforms.
You will collaborate with consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver solutions that enable seamless data flow across enterprise systems and support HR transformation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern cloud technologies and complex enterprise integrations in a global consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support integrations between Workday and other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
- Prepare technical design documents, integration specifications, and implementation plans.
- Develop and review integration code ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.
- Analyze HR processes and suggest improvements aligned with technology solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities, including troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering, system integrations, or a similar technical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field with strong academic performance.
- Experience developing and working with SOAP and REST APIs.
- Experience working with data exchange formats such as JSON or XML and transformation technologies like XSLT.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols such as SAML/OAuth and secure system-to-system integrations.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging integration errors, logs, and data issues.
- Exposure to data migration, transformation, or ETL processes between enterprise systems.
- Ability to write code, develop technical designs, and document integration specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand end-to-end system integrations.
- Excellent communication and written English skills, with the ability to collaborate with global teams.
- Strong team player, proactive, and quick learner with the ability to take initiative.
- Willingness to travel and work in flexible shifts when required.
