Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Experience Level: 0 – 3 Years

Looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong backend fundamentals and working frontend experience to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining end-to-end web applications, including user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and database integrations. The role requires close collaboration with product, QA, and frontend teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Education Qualifications:

• B.Tech (CS/IT/AI & ML) / MCA / Diploma (CSE or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

• Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend libraries/frameworks.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases.

• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.

• Handle data validation, error handling, logging, and performance optimization.

• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Participate in debugging, testing, and system upgrades of existing applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in backend development using Java (Spring, Spring Boot) and/or PHP frameworks.

• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration.

• Working knowledge of frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX (React is a plus).

• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and SQL queries.

• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

• Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman.

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS.

• Awareness of secure coding practices and application performance optimization.
