Analyst – Process Mining

About the Team

Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice helps organizations leverage data, technology, and analytics to improve business performance. The Process Bionics team focuses on process analysis, process mining, optimization, and digital transformation using platforms such as SAP Signavio.

Role

As an Analyst, you will support consulting teams in analyzing and improving business processes. You will work with process data, create process maps and dashboards, identify improvement opportunities, and support client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes across functions such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Create process maps using SAP Signavio Process Manager and support process mining using Signavio Process Intelligence.
• Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, rework, and improvement opportunities.
• Support data preparation, validation, and integration for process analysis.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate process insights.
• Participate in client workshops and discussions to understand processes, requirements, and pain points.
• Support process improvement and implementation activities with senior team members.
• Prepare project documentation and contribute to knowledge development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of business processes and data analysis.
• Exposure to SAP, Signavio, Power BI, SQL, BPMN, process mining, or Lean/Six Sigma is an advantage.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and client-facing environment.
