Your work profile
Key Responsibilities
- Experience: 2-3 years in Retail POS & ASP.NET/.NET development
- Domain: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, Retail SDK, POS systems
- System Implementation
- Install, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail POS (MPOS/CPOS).
- Integrate POS with ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.
- Customization & Development
- Develop extensions using ASP.NET, C#, typescript, SQL and Commerce SDK.
- Migrate Retail SDK to Commerce SDK.
- Support & Maintenance
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for POS systems.
- Perform upgrades, patches, and database optimization.
- Training & Documentation
- Conduct user training sessions.
- Create technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and performance reports.
Key skills required
- Education: Any Graduate
- Technical Skills:
- Strong ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, MPOS/CPOS.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, REST APIs, and payment connector customization.
- Domain Knowledge: Retail operations (inventory, billing, promotions, CRM).
- Soft Skills: Client communication, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration.
