Your work profile

As an Analyst our HR Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:

  • Support HR transformation projects across process design, employee experience, and HR technology.
  • Conduct research and analysis to generate insights and client-ready deliverables.
  • Execute assigned workstreams, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.
  •  Contribute to proposals, reports, presentations, and internal knowledge initiatives.
  • Deliver day-to-day project activities under guidance of the Deloitte Human Capital leadership team.

 

Desired qualifications/ certification

  • Bachelor’s, Postgraduate Diploma, or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in consulting (preferably with leading management consulting firms) and/or industry roles.

 

Skills required: 

  • Effectively prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work under deadlines and pressure.
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and research tools; skilled in functional requirements and structured design thinking.
  • Foundational knowledge of HR transformation, HR lifecycle processes, and emerging HR trends.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and quick to learn in ambiguous or fast-paced environments.
