Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our Innovation Team with a focus on operations management of a B2C App and service delivery transformation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for governing organization wide innovation programs. He/She will be a part of the much-coveted “Purple Club”- an exclusive group comprising of less than 1% of Deloitte India workforce ,chosen as change ambassadors to lead the future for Deloitte India. This role will entail, working closely with our Digital Excellence Center (DEC) team to promote technology assets developed within the firm, facilitating their adoption in our pursuits and delivery services. The candidate must have a proven track record of working with and handling strategic IT products/services, and a strong educational background in MBA or Engineering from a reputed institute.
Skills required for the job: -
As an Assistant Manager in the Innovation team, you will be responsible for driving firmwide initiatives and programs aligned with the organization’s innovation agenda.
• Oversee end-to-end operations of the “PC app”, monitor app performance, provide user support, and ensure data accuracy while resolving inefficiencies in workflows.
• Anticipate new product requirements for the PC app based on evolving business needs, maintain regulatory compliance, adaptability, and uphold security standards as well as clearances.
• Take ownership of facilitating communication and meetings between business teams, senior leadership, and internal team members to drive cross-functional alignment and ensure the success of innovation programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal and presentation formats to a variety of audience.
• Help the creation of high-quality program reports, dashboards, and data-driven presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications: -
• MBA or Engineering degree from a reputed institute.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B product operations or program/project management.
• Strong analytical, complex problem-solving, conceptual skills, task prioritization, follow-up, tenacity, creativity, and service orientation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and stay focused in a dynamic fast paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) and Data Visualization tools.
• Must have very strong attention to detail and the ability and willingness to learn quickly about new subjects.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
