Job Title:  Assistant Manager | FDE | Gurugram | Sustainability & Emerging Assurance

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work directly with clients, understand their business and technical challenges, and design, develop, and deploy customized technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and technical challenges.
• Design, develop, and implement customized technology solutions.
• Develop APIs, scripts, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Work on AI/ML, Generative AI, and enterprise application integration solutions.
• Perform technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Develop PoCs and prototypes and support production deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation and solution architecture diagrams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in software development, engineering, or technology consulting.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Linux environments.
• Understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, and automation is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred

• Experience in enterprise technology implementation and client-site deployments.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
• Relevant cloud or AI certifications.
