Key Responsibilities

User Experience Design

• Lead end-to-end UX design lifecycle from user research to final implementation.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiries, and usability studies.
• Develop user journeys, empathy maps, personas, process flows, and information architecture.
• Identify usability bottlenecks and recommend design improvements.

User Interface Design

• Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and UI component library.
• Ensure visual consistency across all RVSK digital products.

Data Visualization & Dashboard Experience

• Design intuitive dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics interfaces.
• Transform complex educational datasets into easy-to-understand visual experiences.
• Improve data discoverability and navigation for decision-makers.
• Collaborate with data teams to develop meaningful visual representations of KPIs and performance metrics.

Accessibility & Inclusiveness

• Ensure compliance with GIGW, WCAG 2.1, and accessibility standards.
• Design multilingual and inclusive interfaces suitable for diverse user groups.
• Improve accessibility for users with varying levels of digital literacy.

Collaboration & Product Development

• Work closely with business analysts, product managers, developers, data scientists, and domain experts.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and product planning discussions.
• Provide design specifications and implementation guidance to development teams.
• Monitor product performance and continuously improve user experience through feedback.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct usability testing and heuristic evaluations.
• Review implemented designs for functional and visual consistency.
• Define UX performance metrics and monitor adoption trends.
