Your work profile

·      Design and implement MEL strategies across diverse sectors

·      Work with large datasets – from cleaning and analysis to generating insights

·      Develop impactful reports, presentations, and client deliverables

·      Engage in high-level stakeholder interactions with government, UN bodies, and development partners

·      Support business development efforts, including proposal writing and thought leadership

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced delivery environment

 

Key skills required: 

·      Minimum experience of 2-4 years in MEL space.

·      Master’s degree in business management/administration, data sciences, finance, economics, social work, public policy, international relations or related disciplines (essential)

·      Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (essential)

·      Prior consulting experience (preferred)

·      Strong understanding of Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning frameworks used globally

·      Proven ability to work with India’s government structures or prior experience working with government agencies and UN bodies

·      Experience in high-level stakeholder engagement

·      Excellent spoken and written English

·      Strong data handling, strategy design, problem-solving skills, and teamwork
